PROGNOSIS Technology Adoption Program announced for managing Microsoft® Office Communication Server 2007

30 Mar 2009

Integrated Research today announced the launch of its Technology Adoption Program (TAP) for current PROGNOSIS customers who wish to extend management of Unified Communications and VoIP networks to include Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007 (OCS).

PROGNOSIS monitoring of Microsoft OCS extends the existing range of supported platforms that includes Cisco, Avaya and Nortel IP telephony, while also enhancing cross platform and multi-vendor management of the infrastructure required to support enterprise-level Unified Communications portfolios.

General Manager of Product Management and Marketing for PROGNOSIS, Pierre Semaan, explained that the program was driven by growing customer need. “Our customers have already told us that they are deploying, or are planning to deploy, Microsoft OCS in conjunction with their existing IP telephony systems, and that they require a single solution for managing multi-vendor, Unified Communications environments.

“The TAP allows us to collaborate closely with customers, and allows us to evaluate the use of our products in complex environments to ensure PROGNOSIS maintains its position as the most innovative and flexible IPT management solution in the market.” Mr Semaan said.

The PROGNOSIS TAP is open to current PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager customers, and to other customers and prospects by application. To register your interest, please visit www.prognosis.com/tap.
