PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor is purpose-built to monitor voice quality in Avaya IP telephony environments.
Since May 4, 2009 PROGNOSIS VoIP Monitor has been included with every shipment of Avaya Communication Manager, providing a migration path for Avaya's discontinued Integrated Management VoIP Monitoring Manager(VMM).
Over 250 customers have accessed their entitlement and now monitor more than 91,000 phones and over 290 PBXs globally.
