More than one million Prognosis VoIP Monitor licenses for Avaya issued

12 Feb 2010

Less than one year since its May 2009 release, more than one million Prognosis VoIP Monitor licenses have been issued to Avaya customers worldwide as more Avaya users, regardless of company size, recognise the value of monitoring voice quality in their VoIP environments.

Flexible license choices and a dedicated Prognosis VoIP Monitor product website have helped smaller organizations and those transitioning to IP telephony to download their entitlement license, as well as enabling access to trial licenses for larger organizations wanting complete insight and visibility across all their PBXs and telephony devices.

John Dunne, Manager - Strategic Marketing at Integrated Research, said that early adopters are embracing the value of VoIP monitoring. “What we're seeing more and more is that customers are purchasing VoIP Monitor to manage voice quality across their whole environment.

“We've opened up detailed configuration, status and performance information for their entire IP telephony network. For most customers, insight and visibility across multiple PBXs and trunks enables them to manage their environment with more confidence,” said Mr Dunne.

Integrated Research have focused on building and enabling a network of Avaya resellers across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific in order to allow them to answer enquiries about all Prognosis VoIP monitoring products.

Any Avaya or Nortel customers or resellers interested in more information about Prognosis are encouraged to visit www.voicequality.com to watch a product preview, read the support forum and for Avaya customers, download the software and their entitlement license.
