Integrated Research (the people behind PROGNOSIS) develops and distributes performance monitoring and diagnostics software for business-critical IT infrastructure.

Since it began in 1988, Integrated Research has been providing its PROGNOSIS performance management software solutions for the business-critical 24x7 systems that evolved into what is known as HP NonStop computing technology.

The company's focus has always been to deliver the best, most precise monitoring solution, so the same real-time, fault-tolerant architecture that makes PROGNOSIS the first choice in the HP NonStop arena has been used as the backbone for solutions on other computing platforms, such as Windows, UNIX, and Linux.

In 2000, Integrated Research applied PROGNOSIS to also manage Voice over IP (VoIP) and IP telephony. PROGNOSIS is now the leading performance monitoring solution for Cisco Unified IP Communications technology, enabling large enterprise customers and managed service providers to optimize call quality and service reliability. Today, the company is driving new initiatives to further extend PROGNOSIS to provide this same “best-in-class” solution to other key IP communications vendor technology such as Avaya and Nortel.

Integrated Research has won many industry and government awards over its 20-year history. However success is measured by the satisfaction of our clients, who include the world’s largest bank, stock exchange, airline manufacturer and telecommunications company. In fact, customers in over 50 countries rely on PROGNOSIS to keep their most critical computer systems up and running.

PROGNOSIS is sold and supported through Integrated Research offices, resellers, systems integrators and service providers. Integrated Research’s corporate headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia. Offices can also be found in the United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore and the United States.
