EMC
Integrated Research and EMC currently have a five-year technology bundling agreement to provide Prognosis IP Telephony Manager for integration with EMC VoIP management software. Through this integration, Prognosis software will enable EMC to extend its Voice over IP management solutions, and offer its clients a new depth of telephony-specific metrics that are crucial to monitoring and measuring call quality and service delivery performance.
GE Health Care
One of the largest providers of healthcare information systems, GE Health Care has integrated Prognosis monitoring, management and reporting features into its LastWord and Carecast systems.
