For example, Prognosis can automatically detect interchange lines that have become unavailable, a process queue that is too long, or a communications line that is under-performing. Whatever the scenario, Prognosis puts you in control.

Prognosis also provides visibility of the NET24 middleware environment upon which other payments and funds transfer applications are built, for example, i24 Internet Banking.

Station in abnormal suspended state
System overloaded (load level > 80%)
System with excessive queuing or low components started

Users may easily add new thresholds or modify the supplied set to monitor any combination of BASE24 status, performance and event information available in Prognosis.

Threshold error filtering ensures problems and incidents are only reported when changes in status or new errors occur.
