All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights for Prognosis courseware and in the software, text, graphics, design elements, audio, music and all other materials originated or used by the Prognosis courseware are reserved to Integrated Research Limited. You may not reproduce , upload, post, transmit or re-distribute any part of the Prognosis courseware, or any material residing on www.Prognosis.com.

Reponsibility for Content

While Integrated Research takes all care to ensure that materials presented are accurate, Integrated Research does not warrant that the Prognosis courseware will meet your requirements, will be accurate, or will be uninterrupted or error free. You agree to idemnify Integrated Research from any damage, loss, cost or expense which may be incurred by your use of the Prognosis courseware.

Subscription Period

Passwords issued for Prognosis courseware are issued on a strictly single-user subscription basis for a period of three (3) months from the date of first accessing the content. After this subscription period has expired, Integrated Research will send you an email advising that your courseware access has expired.

Refund Policy

Once a user purchases Prognosis courseware, the sale is final. No refunds are allowed. on application, an exchange to a different level (Foundation or Intermediate) of Prognosis courseware may be authorized. Transfers of subscriptions to different users will be allowed if the original user has not accessed the courseware. Integrated Research reserves the right to refuse such exchanges, or transfers.

Support requests regarding access to the system, errors or faults should be forwarded to elearning@Prognosis.com describing the nature of the problem, your operating system, browser version and any other details that may assist us in troubleshooting you issue. An Integrated Research representative will attend to your issue and contact you when it is resolved or if further information is required.
