PROGNOSIS Standard Training course

This course provides users with a basic understanding of the PROGNOSIS products, their design and usage.

Students will gain an understanding of the PROGNOSIS architecture and how to use the PROGNOSIS GUI and Web Interfaces. Students will learn how to use and customize PROGNOSIS displays, databases, thresholds, atlases and configurations.

Course topics include:

Overview of PROGNOSIS architecture
Introduction to the Graphical User Interface
Displays
Database collection, summarization, replay and reports
Thresholds
Configurations
Atlases
Introduction to Web Interface
PROGNOSIS Support

This class is intended for Windows, Unix, Linux and HP Nonstop system administrators with a minimum of 6 months system management experience.
