IT Services Hungary and PROGNOSIS: A case study for integrated management

Maintaining Magyar Telekom’s operational efficiency and service excellence requires IT Services Hungary to monitor and maintain a custom-application environment on HP NonStop servers.
To do this, the HP NonStop team took advantage of the highly customizable PROGNOSIS interface and the powerful integration between PROGNOSIS and enterprise management frameworks, which is central to the PROGNOSIS design.
The result: IT Services Hungary now have a management tool that assimilates with existing support processes, team structures and tool kits to optimize fault detection and escalation processes. This helps reduce the operating costs of supporting diverse platforms and custom-built systems.
