Prognosis E-Learning series set to lower the cost of training for customers and partners
18 Dec 2008
Integrated Research today announced the launch of a comprehensive suite of E-Learning courseware for their core products, designed to substantially lower the cost of staff training for their new and existing customers, resellers and partners.
The new Prognosis E-Learning courses have been specifically developed to address the needs of those customers and partners whose geographic location makes sending staff to classroom training sessions cost and time-prohibitive.
Belinda York, Vice President of Global Marketing for Prognosis, said, “Our Prognosis E-Learning programs are all about improving the experience that customers have with our products.
“In the current financial climate, spending on things like travel has been cut making classroom training unfeasible for many. It is vital though that our customers and partners are able to train their staff at times that are convenient to them, so this new Prognosis E-Learning platform is the perfect solution.”
This initiative is the first of many new online communications and training projects due to be launched by Integrated Research over the next twelve months in an effort to improve their engagement with their global customer base and their service offerings for channel partners.
A demonstration module and website with full course details and enquiry forms for purchasing the Foundation and Intermediate modules in the series are now available online at www.Prognosis.com/e-learning
Customers and partners are encouraged to contact their Prognosis account representative for more information.
