Prognosis 9.5.2 supports all latest versions of Cisco, Avaya and Nortel telephony

Integrated Research today announced support for the latest versions of all Cisco, Avaya and Nortel telephony systems. The general availability of Prognosis 9.5.2 for Prognosis IP Telephony Manager and Prognosis IP Telephony Management Reporter provides management support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0, Avaya Communication Manager 5.2 and Nortel Communication Server R5.5.
IP telephony product manager Valerie Kan said, “After successful beta and early adopter programs we are able to deliver improvements to our customers in scalability for the latest Cisco Unified Communications Manager Appliance platforms. This release also includes enhancements in presentation of voice quality and call statistics data that helps our customers maximize the rate of successful calls, resolve voice quality issues and make informed decisions to optimize their users’ experience.”
Prognosis IP Telephony Manager 9.5.2 also includes integration of all versions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager up to v7.0 into Prognosis IP Telephony Management Reporter. This will enable generation of executive and operational reports for all Cisco Unified Communications Manager environments. This expanded functionality means that Prognosis IP Telephony Management Reporter now supports multi-vendor environments where Avaya, Cisco CallManager v4 and Cisco Unified Communications Manager v5+ systems coexist.
