PROGNOSIS Smart Plug In for HP OpenView

HP OpenView Operations (OVO) provides enterprise-scale problem management, help desk integration, and an overall IT operations framework for multiple operators and geographical sites.

Integrated Research developed and certified a PROGNOSIS Smart Plug-In for HP OpenView. This Smart Plug-In (SPI) extends OVO to discover, monitor, receive events, provide service views, and issue corrective commands to HP NonStop systems running PROGNOSIS.

And through this integration, HP OpenView can now be used to provide a single point of control across the network and HP NonStop server environments with access to PROGNOSIS’ deep performance management capabilities.
