Enabling the real-time enterprise using PROGNOSIS

Real time enterprises (RTE) is a term coined by the Gartner Group to describe an organization that can react in real time to customer interactions and business processes that traditionally would be subject to delays (or latency). Delays typical of complex batch runs, disparate databases and non-automated business processes, usually caused by the design of their existing enterprise framework.

This technical paper discusses why RTE require real-time systems management and demonstrates how PROGNOSIS systems management software fulfils this requirement.
